The varieties of fruit are selected on the field to obtain low acidity, density and different flavors. The olive milling takes place in a continuous cycle oil-mill that guarantees the pressing at low temperatures. The storage in stainless steel silos allows to preserve the organoleptic characteristics. Thanks to a professional planning of the harvest and thanks to the selection of cultivars we produce oils with different organoleptic qualities, able to satisfy a wide range of consumers
