The flavors of the past

“Senatore Cappelli” durum wheat is an ancient cereal, whose cultivation has been resumed in some southern Italian regions, including Apulia, after a long period of absence because of its important nutritional qualities.

Sorelle Barnaba has resumed this tradition and created a line of pasta in the traditional Apulian shapes.
